Although it is not going to save the world, HAIKU has however modestly identified 3 of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to which it contributes directly through its CSR actions and business activities: Decent work and economic growth; Sustainable Cities and Communities; Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure.

Agenda 2030

In September 2015, the 193 UN member states adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, Agenda 2030.

It holds a vision of transforming our world by eradicating poverty and ensuring its transition to sustainable development.

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals

At the heart of the 2030 Agenda, 17 Objectifs de développement durable (SDGs) have been set.

They cover all development issues in all countries such as climate, biodiversity, energy, water, poverty, gender equality, economic prosperity or peace, agriculture, education, etc.

As key economic players, companies are encouraged to include these SDGs in their strategy and governance, as they have the power to contribute positively to their achievement. This involves thinking about their business model and the development of social responsibility.

To promote sustained, shared and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.

The only performance management recommended by HAIKU to its clients and partners is a sustainable management, which requires a balanced sharing of profits between contractors and suppliers, which has at heart the health and the rise in competence of staff, from wherever they are.
