« By creating the consulting company HAÏKU, we have built a team at the heart of the of Toyota’s philosophy appropriation by the PSA Group. »
We share the conviction of Taiichi Ohno, who stated in 1987 «The Toyota Production System is (…) not just a production system. I am confident that it will reveal its power as a management system fitted to the era of global markets and sophisticated information systems(…). »
HAÏKU
Created in 2014 by Remi Daudin and Paul Ferry, with the contribution of Pierre Gosset and Pascal Pigeot, HAIKU is the result of a meeting between an entrepreneur and executives from the automotive industry around the philosophy of Taiichi Ohno.
Initially focused on Performance Management in the industrial environment, HAIKU’s areas of intervention have gradually expanded to service companies.
In 2018, HAIKU wanted to expand its scope by also becoming a training organization to raise awareness and train companies in the philosophy of Taiichi Ohno as well as in the theory of organizations.
With the environment evolution of service activities, especially engineering, HAIKU clients have been confronted with new issues related to outsourcing and integration of activities. HAIKU has therefore naturally extended its interventions to this new area.
Finally, in the particularly difficult context to which the automotive sector has been affected since 2020 with the combined health crisis and the evolution of the energy mix and the fall in volumes in France, the intervention of HAIKU has focused on the strategic council of technological and commercial diversification, as well as the individualized accompaniment in the execution of the plan of action. This is thanks to the support of the PFA and the DGE within the framework of the “Plan de Relance” for the sector.
